Talk to Digdog…..he speaks horse.
AHHHH… The old “Nothing Honey, Really”…..Works every time. !!
Congrats Paul.
Wow Matt…That’s a whole bunch of insight….. I really appreciate it.
I have much appreciated the extreme sustain that the guitar produces now……so much so that I have to adjust my “attack” (such as it is) to allow for it. IE: i slow down to allow the notes to express themselves.
I think Acoustic Soul should give this a spin .
Tad would know the exact woods involved.
I agree….. , as Monty Python said…..”Now For Something Completely Different ”
Bert you’re right Richard and Tad run this joint .
Looks like you like sunbursts !!!!
Nice looking brace of guitars Mate.
“Inner Mounting Flame “…….I don’t think you could get away with that on the AGF .
Now I have to change the strings on all the Ramuda…. Smart me I signed up for a SCGC string subscription and they are due here next week.
Things
Yep….Chris is good about passing thins on .
I’ll send as soon as I finish re-reading it……..early next week .
About 5 years ago I owned a SCGC F Zircote /German (?). The Zircote was beautiful and quite striking ,Bookend sapwood.
I remember it being heavy for a SCGC.
Typical F voice …Clear bass with a bit of rumble and very well balanced mids and nice trbles.
Did I mention Heavy ??…For a SCGC guitar.
Sold it to help pay for the 34 Zorro.
Thanks Indexless…..It’s all Fair Winds now…..No Worries.
The ‘Forum” might be better able to help if you describe your style of play.
If anyone can truly define the voice of an Eric Skye it is Indexless….listen to him.
