Two people have said they couldn’t get in. I guess the registration process may still be wonky,
Easy for me.
I am in two bands: a blues band and a coutryish band with a pedal steel player.
I practice daily. Rehearsals go pretty well. Live gigs are acceptable, but there’s more n the line I guess. I used to play solo guitar gigs, but one night the stage fright nerves overcame me. I gigged with a duo, but I would get carried away and speed up.
cant win for losin…
I have played three Taylor’s I though about owning: a Koa Cedar Model, and the six and 12 Strings Leo Kottke models. Over the years, I have played a few SCGC dogs, just dead in the water. The used market is the best way to go these days.
Richard tried to sell me on the H Model in 1981. I thought it had a boxy sound and stuck with the Dread. Now I would go for a Skye for my first choice.

i have two Blue Chip picks and still prefer Tortoise Shell. At the moment, I am favoring a horn pick. Solid midrange and less clicks that the others I use it to flatpick on my Cruz, Merrill, and Brondel, and find it tames the electric tone of my Tele, Strats, Gibsons, and PRS.
I have a Zen Drive and a few others I put away since the ZD is just better.
Be patient, Grasshopper. Richard gets busy.
Regarding P90s, I have a pair of Duncans I took out of my PRS.
Anybody want them?
I have them on my Brondel acoustic and electric. My favorites by far.
We need another party.
Originally, the wife said yes. Then she said no. I lined up a Cruz owning friend to come along. Then the wife said she wanted to go. I looked at renting a motor home for the weekend. Came to $500. A hotel was $130. Air Bnb was $90. Turns out she had to cancel her hair appt. I just decided to give up,
then I found out Tony McManus was playing nearby.
lets have our own party somewhere and sometime.
Have to cancel. Hauling two dogs, finding a place to stay, four hour drive, too much darn trouble.
Somebody bring a drummer.
Last year Walzem and I brought beat up tweeds. I had a lap steel. This year I can throw in a Les Paul Jr. and my Melody Maker with PAFs. Heck, maybe I’ll just bring a bunch of amps and oddball electric too.
