      Yep….Ride that horse….if you want to keep the Remuda healthy, you got to run a curry comb through the hide once in awhile.

          When I bought my 1st SC DA-1 it was also challenged …. i sent it back to the Mothership for a makeover and a neck reset.
          If you love the sound and playability and are going to keep the guitar, call Carolyn and send it to Santa Cruz.
          You own a wonderful guitar….It’s worth having a facelift and a setup by those who built it. Just My Humble opinion.

            Thanks Matt and Tadol for your responses.
            So….Would “Old Growth” mean that the spruce is more toward the 400-500 year old tree before harvest?
            What is the age since harvest/cutting of the 1934 Adi tops?

                    Daniel,
                    Well said. We have now done 3 CDs and sold a total of a couple of hundred units…..will never recoup costs, let alone make a profit.
                    The time, energy and creative juices are never recouped.
                    BUT…having said that,the LOVE and the PRIDE of creation of music is satisfying.
                    We always try to support our friends who produce memories through music….let us know when you are ready to release the CD and we will purchase a copy…….Dee’s CDs can be purchased on her Facebook page !!!!
                    PS:….DON”T do your own editing……Dee always wants to redo EVERY song.
