Damn… I just won a book….guess I won’t be flying anytime soon !!!
Just wondering ??/…..is “keeping time” only important when playing with another person or group / I mean if one is doing ones own solo ” interpretation” of a song is the rhythm of the original really all that important ?….or can one make it his/her own…..both in timing and interpretation ?
exactly….when I accompany my wife I let her set the tempo and if I concentrate I’m OK. If I start to drift I end up getting ahead.
Thanks Indexless….this unit worked out well. Both for Dee’s rehearsal monitor and it also has introduced me to “plugged in ” where I can hear both my voice ,although I’m not sure yet that is a good thing, and the sound of the guitar coming at me…..Changes the perspective quite a bit .
Daniel, we also mounted this on a Mic stand
Excellent sound from so small a unit.

sorry about misspellings….as Matt H. says nothing before coffee.
I’m better at demolition than I am at fine finish work. My hanks are too big to do much inside a guitar (except change batteries . I have adjusted truss rods very little .
Luckily non of the Ramuda needs any fixing at the moment.
Oh…. I do do my own restrings………just did the 12 string…..now that’s work !
Because I was never planning on owning SIX “Gitars”.
12 string…6 strings….separate but equal . All played with JOY.
AC you would LOVE the O.T. H model in Madi/ Italian….come play it mate.
AC, You are always welcome to play any of the Ramuda if you ever get to the Gulf Coast of S.W. Florida.
play as long as you want and then see if your search for your perfect tonal match is conceived……otherwise you should get a long term room at the Three Sisters Inn in Santa Cruz and have Maestro Hoover hypnotize you into expressing exactly what you want. ……Then they will build it….of course “there is no price on a good time”.

Just did a quick run through on the 12 string……..fits perfectly with my DNA rhythm right hand.
Thanks again . It’s in the book Mate.
MANY THANKS Mate Daniel.
I found the english tranlation….Perfect song for me…love the lyrics.
One of my favorite songs….I’m sure you’ll make those old walls ring.
I’ve started going through my list of old “Sea Shantys” to see which will translate over to 12 strings with out becoming too ‘muddie”….. Way Haul Away ( the way the Kingston trio did it ) , Spanish Ladies work so far.
I’m always surprised how most songs DON’T sound as good on 12 string versus 6………
I think earplugs might send the wrong signal……after all she does not plug her ears when I practice on the guitars.
Tadol, you are correct . Upon close inspection the bridge had split along the grain . I think that the fact the guitar was in Colorado and traveled to Europe many times may have contributed to the problem.
SCGClover….Tadol Is also right that the F series might be the model that you should also look at. I tune mine in DADGAD often.
