It’s really unique that we here on SCGPF get to listen to the everyday down home players from such a diverse background . I got see Steve Uccello for my first time up north of Santa Cruz at, Coastanoa , in 2007 playing with Dayan Kai and Keith Greeninger. Our old friend MADDOG introduced me to them. Forever great full!

Beautiful my friend. Come on Thursday!
I like the Jerry wig on the dog.
Pete Madden seems like a easy going teacher. Got to find my caged system tapes. Thanks gentlemen.

Richard has this at ease and sincere joyful ness that is inspiring and contagious.. Danny maybe some kind leprechaun will do his magic and find you away to make the crossing.
I think thats the one I played out front of the SC Civic auditorium many years back ?
Another photo of some bear claw chatoyance in my top.

There are those few times here on the central coast of California that we’ll drop to 20-30% rh and man do the acoustic sound glorious. Especially if your burning the fireplace on cold days.
No offense taken Bert. I think many of us enjoy a variety of flavors when it comes to guitar embellishments.
sometimes garlic, butter and white wine hits the spot other times simple-salt n pepper does the tricklike The lads from Liverpool once said “its getting better all the time”.
Hey Bert. I’m guilty of owning a number of bling’y guitars . They all have their places in the heart. Just nothing like a solid classic herringbone look.
Paul I did forward the book to Hank. Thank you for that read ! it got me through my chemo treatments.
Yep. The one that got away was my 000 all koa. Had it for four years .it was just beginning its flowering bloom with that hardwood koa top. Could’ve should’ve would’ve. No regrets
Well I dislike spoiling a happy ending but. All the other SCGC custom koa’s have all past along down the road to other homes.. Just not wealthy enough to own so many fine instruments. Each have left there mark and furthered my education to do with tone searching and my life loving Santa Cruz Guitar Company and all it represents .
Iwill try to find photos of those that have found new homes as well as a few better lighted pics of the OMG.
Thanks Walter
