      You can call the SC office, provide the serial number for more info. I’m  sure it was intended for finger picking so no pickguard. I own a OOO with a pickguard. I would call SC and ask to buy a pickguard for the OOO. That way you’ll be getting the one designed for the guitar, the correct thickness etc, and the choices available. I would also ask if they could recommend a dealer near you to do the work. You want to make sure it’s on there so there’s no residual vibration.

        Thank you! My D-Law had a Mahogany back. I bought that guitar from someone making a quick sale and it was original owner never played. I’d originally wanted a spruce top, rosewood back I’d found at Sylvan but decided the deal was too good to pass up and if I didn’t like it I’d buy the other guitar. I was totally in love with the D-Law the first minute I played it. So I’ll take your advice w/Redwood top.
