Let me introduce Joe Smothers to you. Joe Smothers is performing singer songwriter living in Georgia. Give a listen as Joe describes a life in music, from his first gig on top of a railroad car and touring with Doc and Merle Watson, to sharing the stage with musicians such as Sam Bush and Jerry Douglas at Merlefest last weekend. I’m sorry for the train wreck at the beginning of this, we jumped right into it and I forgot to hit record for the first minute or so.
