        Greetings Forum Members,

        Again, we take a completely different approach to our podcasts. this week, I’d like to introduce you to Dennis Keeley. Dennis has been involved in photography and photography of musicians for over 40 years. He talks about the backstory of some shoots but more importantly that you have to work with intent, be in music, art or life. If you watch the YouTube, you’ll get to see some pretty great work, we hope you enjoy this one, it’s heavy but or so current.

        Here’s a little of Dennis’s Bio:

        Dennis Keeley has worked as an artist, photographer, teacher and writer for more than 30 years.

        His portraits of musicians have been used for hundreds of album projects, cd covers and publicity.

        He began his career as one of an established group of photographers in the field of music portraiture. Some of his clients included Warner Records Group, Sony Music, Geffen Records and the Universal Music Group.  He also worked with many music and entertainment related publications and was included in Rolling Stone’s book “Images of Rock and Roll.” Over the years he worked with such diverse artists as Neil Young, John Cage, Tom Petty, Richard Thompson, REM, Herbie Hancock, Tina Turner, Steve Reich, Tom Waits, Fleetwood Mac, Elvis Costello, Beck, Alice Coltrane, Ozzy Osborne, Lou Harrison, Sarah McLachlan, John Luther Adams and Little Jimmy Scott

            Dennis seems to be a very happy spirit  with some very inspiring and thoughtful observations .  Like Tad it would be interesting sitting in the back seat on one of you and Dennis’s excursions into the unknown. iPhone at the ready.
