Five of “The Ramuda’ are in a private , protected and Hurricane proof (???) place called Ft. McKinney.

The Palamino F and the Roan O.T are are traveling North with Dee and me to the “Rebel” Mountains of North Ga..

The Blue Ridge Mountains hold a bunch of Blues and Booggie Festivals in Sept….. and by some cosmic wrinkle we have been asked to sit in at a couple of local Jams.

Miss Carolyn sent me some new strings and We’re loading up ‘The Jeep” and heading for
        “The Hills”.

My sincerest thoughts to those that  are going through Physical/ Medical  Issues ( god…I hate that word )  Y’All know who you are and Y’All know Dee and I ask all the gods there may be to smile on each of you.

I’ll be in a cabin by a Trout stream with my Lady , A Fly Rod, and a couple of Santa Cruz Guitars…… and special influences….

The Phones are set to silent….I’ll check email…or not…. I’ll be absent from “The Forum”….Off the grid till Oct.

I’m going to roam the Blue Ridge , better learn DADGAD and Open G & try to figure out how I got this Old !!!

        Fair Winds

Safe travels. Stay dry on the high ground and play some tunes and relax.

                              Paul,

You have the power of Observation my friend. I was wondering who might notice.

Someday we can discuss the attributes of particular woods to use in the building of Boutique Sling Shots….Mine is North Carolina Hickory with Road Aged Firestone rubber bands from a 1953 Ford “Boot Leg” V8 with a Texas Longhorn leather sling.

The perfect 3Rs (round river rock of aprox. 45-50 caliber ) are in my pocket………

I’ don’t know if I need a CCW for the slingshot in California…… But sure as Hell not in Ga. or Florida.
