        Last member of The Kingston Trio has gone on. His legacy will stay with us.

        Haven’t heard from “Shane’s D-28” (Peter?) since the new forum has been up. Hoping all is well.

          The Kingston Trio is why I bought my first good guitar…..Too many of my influences are leaving.

                He was a serious influence – lots of people started playing bc of him.  And IIRC one of the people on the forum has his old D28….
